Dardan Capital was originally founded in December 1990, in
London, Ontario and has been providing Financial Services
to our clients for over 20 years.
In the
spring of 2004, we changed our name to Dardan Capital Group
and formed a partnership with Worldsource Securities Inc.,
a full-service investment dealer. Worldsource Securities is
a member of both the Canadian Investment Protection Fund (CIPF)
and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
Worldsource
Securities is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian Capital
Group Limited. Guardian Capital is publicly traded on the
Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols GCG and GCG.A. Guardian
Capital was founded in 1962 and has a long and stable track
record in the financial services industry.
